Hiring a private area

If you're planning a special celebration and would like to invite a big group of friends, hiring a private area could be a perfect option for you. We have two private balconies that can be hired out for exclusive use at our KOKO parties.

Director’s Box with 25 VIP tickets - £475

This ticket package includes the exclusive hire of the Director's Box and 25 queue jump tickets (admission before 11.30pm) and 25 drink vouchers (worth £5 each). A private balcony located stage left, this is the larger of the two private areas. There is a private bar and toilet which you and your guests would have exclusive use of.

Royal Box with 25 VIP tickets - £250

This ticket package includes the exclusive hire of the Royal Box and 25 queue jump tickets (admission before 11.30pm). A private balcony located stage right, this is the smaller of the two private areas. There is no separate bar in the Royal Box, but drinks can be pre-ordered for a private, stocked mini fridge (drinks are not included).

25 Drinks Vouchers - £125

The drinks vouchers are purchased in advance. If you require more than 25 vouchers, additional vouchers can be purchased at £5 each.

A single voucher is valid for one of the following;

• a single house spirit and dash
• glass house wine
• beer
• cider
• soft drink

Multiple vouchers can be used for the following;

• Prosecco @ 6 vouchers (bar price, £33)
• House vodka & mixer (excluding Red Bull) @ 23 vouchers (bar price, £115)

Birthday/Party Planner offer

Free bottle of Prosecco for the birthday person or party organiser! To be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Student/Society offer

6 x free £5 drinks vouchers for the organiser! To be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Booking information

Hiring a private area includes queue jump wristbands, entry to the club and exclusive use of the area for the whole of the event. If you have booked drinks or vouchers, these will be made available when you arrive. Please note that these balconies were designed for standing use and tables and seating are not included.
